Our art sessions may involve the use of tools and materials such as glue guns, craft knives, scissors, wire, and other supervised art equipment.
Every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, and all activities are carried out under close supervision. However, by signing this form, you acknowledge that participation involves the use of craft materials that carry some risk, and you agree that responsibility for your child’s safety ultimately remains with the parent or guardian.
By ticking below, you acknowledge that your child may use supervised art tools and materials, including (but not limited to) glue guns, scissors, craft knives, wire, paints, and mixed‑media supplies. All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure a safe environment; however, participation in creative activities carries inherent risks.
By granting permission, you accept that responsibility for your child’s wellbeing ultimately rests with the parent or guardian, and you agree that the organiser cannot be held liable for any accidental injury or reaction that may occur during the session.
